Overnight oat. The healthy breakfast for lazy us.

A wonderful day start with your breakfast.

Ya! Breakfast is very important.
Do you have no time preparing a nice breakfast?
Always having bread as your breakfast?
Hoping to have more time on bed?

Overnight oat may be a good choice for you! It is very healthy breakfast as it has low cholesterol, proteins and the most important is, feeling full.

Ingredient:
1. Oat (Quakers or Captain)
2. Fresh milk in bottle. I used FramFresh Milk
3. Rasins / Nuts. (optional)------- 2nd step

4. Yogurt. (optional)------- Before you eat
5. Fruits. (optional)--------- Before you eat

Tools:
1. A glass jar. 300 ml and above.

Ok, Go!

Firstly, put some oat into the jar.
Secondly, pour in some milk. Milk level should be 3cm higher than oat level.
(Depends on how much you eat. Normally should be 150g to 200g of oat.)
Thirdly, stir it well. Make sure all oat is soak in milk.
Forth, Close it tight and store in the fridge! =D
Then you can have a great simple breakfast.

During the morning, you can add in some fruits or some yoghurt to make it more tasty.
Notes: Raisin/ nuts(almond) should add in during second step and the sweetness of raisin is really good with the oat.

Lazy enough? No topping needed and scoop from the jar!

Happy making! =)
