Cracker Cheese Layer Cake!

This is a super simple cake where not even a stove is needed while you just need the fridge. It is quick and convenience. If you are a super beginner or you dont have any baking tools, this might suitable for you.

Ingredient is very simple:
1. Crackers. I personally prefer HupSeng PingPong biscuit because it is my childhood and the smell and taste is so match with the cheese.
2. Sweeten Condensed Milk. 90g
3. Cream Cheese 1 pack. 250g
4. Milk / Milo per cup. around 300ml

Tools you need:
1. A big bowl.
2. A whisk.
3. 6 x 6 container.
4. Aluminium foil sheet.

Let;s get started! =D

<<<<<<<<
Remember to take your cream cheese from the fridge earlier to let it soften in room temperature before you make the cake. Then you may find your container. For me I use my tupperware and wrap it with the aluminium foil sheet as picture below. I found this square tupperware is very convenient as it fit 4 pcs of cracker in every layer.

>>>>>>>>>>>
Then, just put the whole cream cheese into the big bowl with the 90g of condensed milk and mix them together until smooth. You may use a mixed to mix them if you have one but if not a whisk will do. If you not even own a whisk, few chopstick with more energy will do.

<<<<<<<<<<<
After they are mix, now you need the container and "bath" the cracker. You can use milk or chocolate whichever is warm, not hot. Just dip the cracker into the milk for 2 seconds, not too long as the cracker get soften very quickly.

>>>>>>>>>>>>
Your container should be coated at the very bottom with thin layer of cheese. Then arrange the biscuits layer by later. Each layer of biscuits follow by a layer of cheese. Do a minimum of 5 layers. Until the cheese finished.

<<<<<<<<<<<
Tadaaaa! Finish the cake by cover the last layer of biscuit with cheese.
Then store it in the fridge for 4 hours. or more advance you can keep it in the freezer for 1 hour then move it to the normal fridge.

>>>>>
What to do with the leftover cheese?
Dont waste it! Take a cracker in dip it. Although I feel evil and guilty for eating that cheese but it is so good! Oh, I lost my defence again. ><!

After 4 hours you probably have something like this.
You have additional option for the topping. I prefer to add crushed almond on top. If you are a chocolate lover, you can top it with some milo powder too. (Do these topping after the 4 hours cooling)

Now the simple, nice and soft cheese layer cake is ready for serve! Happy making~
